S. F. Howe

S. F. Howe is a transformational psychologist, author and spiritual teacher. Howe taught psychology at the university level while a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology, and went on to work in hospitals and clinics for more than 25 years as a psychotherapist, staff psychologist, clinical program consultant and director of chemical dependency and psychiatric programs.

In the midst of graduate studies, a profound spiritual awakening led to a complete reevaluation of the author’s life path. Thus began a spiritual journey along the road less traveled, extending far beyond clinical psychology, conventional reality paradigms and both traditional religion and new age spirituality.

While engaged in a unique, ongoing process of discovery, the author enjoys sharing with others an ever-expanding understanding of the true nature of reality. This has resulted in Howe's noted books and teachings on the subjects of higher consciousness, personal growth, conscious health and plant intelligence.

Howe’s primary intention is to bring peace and an end to suffering by guiding others on a well-worn path to truth and expanded awareness.
