Merry Elkins grew up in Los Angeles and writes stories about love, loss, transformation, and the profound moments that can shape a life. When she isn't writing, you'll find her hiking the trails near the Hollywood Sign with her Golden Retriever Captain, taking photos, or co-hosting Late Boomers, the podcast that celebrates reinvention and life after 50. A former performer, on-camera reporter, and print journalist, her prose and poetry appear in the anthology series Twenty-Minute Stories and the poetry anthology FRE&D.
