Jason D. Rivera

Jason D. Rivera is an assistant professor of public administration within the department of political science at SUNY Buffalo State. Jason’s research interests include disaster response and recovery among low-income and minority communities with an emphasis on governance structures and bureaucratic organizations. He earned his Ph.D. in public affairs with a specialization in community development at Rutgers University-Camden.
