I am also a mama to three little ones. I love traveling the world. I love body movement and conditioning. ...And I write stories. Stories that I love to read. Stories that I want to share. Stories that inspire me.

I do all this from my home in Southern California, where I live with my incredible husband and three awesome, fun children. Life is pretty sweet.
