After serving four years in the US Air Force, I came up with an idea in a philosophy class of how to explain gravity. To compare it with other theory, I enrolled in a class on relativity. I found special relativity to be internally inconsistent, but found general relativity to be inconsistent with special relativity and big bang theory. Special relativity is a unification of mechanics and electrodynamics. Einstein failed to include general relativity in that unification. I believe it was because he assumed the universe is finite. When the spectrum of starlight from more distant stars was discovered to be weaker, as red-shifted, it was then assumed the universe is expanding. I speculated that the red-shift could be due to it losing energy while moving instead of its source receding. I checked to see if someone else had the same ideal. Lyndon Ashmore informed me the originator was Zwicky. Ashmore also had a formula for his New Tired Light theory. It curiously had a constant of exactly a cubit meter. I figured a formula whereby the Hubble Constant for the rate of decrease ln light energy at a distance equal to nuclear radius of the hydrogen atom equal to ration of the gravitational to electromagnetic force between the electron and proton. Gravity is then explained as a vacuum effect in the wake of emitted light that gradually recycles back as a long range effect to maintain the atomic structure of matter. Unity is also indicated in that general relativity differs from special relativity because general relativity relates directly to gravitational escape speed instead rotational speed, but I also found out that they converge.
