Having a silver badge in cycling proficiency, quite good at playing on a games console and being excellent at eating clearly qualifies me to do my day job and be an author. However when not working, eating, writing a book or more importantly spending time with my lovely wife and children I also sit on the Board of Trustees for the Rainbow Centre for Conductive Education. The Centre assist children and adults with cerebral palsy, MS, Parkinson and other neurological conditions. The work they do is amazing. All royalties from any of the books I write go to the Rainbow Centre to assist with the miracles they work. http://www.rainbowcentre.org/

I decided I wanted to be a solicitor at seven years old. Since then I have become an award winning nationally recognised expert in the field of residential property having been asked to lecture other lawyers across the Country. I have also been invited to speak on more than one occasion for Housing Associations and the RICS. I also deal with residential development work from site acquisition through to plot sales. My niche areas of work include both Equity Release mortgages and leasehold enfranchisement but predominantly my work involves property developers.
