Anthony Rose

Anthony Rose is a Canadian Born and US trained chef and restauranteur. My mother taught me most of what I know. Schmaltz, an origin story, is how I describe my food as it is all based on nostalgia of a person, place or extreme Love of my rich history with food, people and travel.
