She is a co-owner of ProMindsetAcademy.com. Our company works to change the culture of sports from the inside out by teaching coaches and athletes mental and emotional health tools that help them dominate in and out of athletics.

She is a former elite gymnast and, in 1993, she was a member of the National Women’s Gymnastics Team.

She received a full-ride athletic scholarship for gymnastics from Stanford University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus in Health & Development. She is currently a Mental Strength Coach as well as a Certified Life & Weight Management Coach.

Emotional management training is her passion. She has been serving many clients in their struggles with fear, doubts, and insecurities for over 20 years. She enjoys the transformation that occurs in each client as their mental strength comes equal to their physical strength.

Amy’s education has provided many opportunities for her to give back. She equips and empowers her clients to enjoy more control and satisfaction in their lives on their journey of unveiling their potential to themselves. Her greatness is to help clients find theirs.
