Morrisen Mamutse

A global award winner for initiating, coordinating and implementing projects that empower the most underprivileged and almost forgotten in societies, Morrisen is a thoughtful, passionate and practical development practitioner. He holds a Masters Degree in International Development from a top UK university yet he says that's not the qualification that drives his passion for writing on empowerment. Instead, Morrisen believes lived experiences are the best qualification to use on issues that require attention.

Born in rural Zimbabwe and now resident in the UK, Morrisen writes about the dilemmas young people face on issues of integration, careers, inclusion and relationships from a deep, thoughtful and informed perspective. He has the lived experiences of being a rural village boy, an immigrant, an academic, a parent, a researcher and an author to write about such issues from an informed perspective.

Morrisen volunteers with global reaching charities during his spare time. He has volunteered in Uganda, Zimbabwe and the UK, making a positive difference to the lives of the underprivileged in the process. Oh, by the way, Morrisen is a Motivational and Public Speaker of impeccable qualities as well.
