Elizabeth is a multi-genre author, poet, artist, and lifelong creative with a deep passion for telling stories that uplift, comfort, and inspire. She writes poetry, fiction, and children’s nonfiction rooted in real-life experience and emotional depth.

A longtime volunteer firefighter and Advanced EMT, Elizabeth draws on her 18+ years of service—now as Lieutenant and Medical Officer in her department—to create her empowering children’s book series, I Can Be a Hero, which helps kids understand what to do in real-life medical emergencies.

Her poetry collections explore themes of love, loss, resilience, and growth, while her fiction blends heartfelt characters with elements of mystery, suspense, and romance.

When she's not writing, Elizabeth runs a music school in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, where she lives with her son and five cats. She is also a visual artist, musician, and lifelong learner who believes in the healing power of creativity.
