Spencre McGowan

Spencre McGowan lives on a big hill in Butte, Montana. She has lived in a great deal of places, but New England is where she grew up. In 2016 Spencre started a blog called Gingertooth that focuses on herbal food, hand drawn zines and the occasional poem. She is the author of Blotto Botany: a Lesson in Healing Cordials and Plant Magic (2018) and Forest + Home: Cultivating an Herbal Kitchen (2022). Find her on IG and TikTok @ginger.tooth.
