Annie Johnson lives in Indiana. She has three grown children, Joe, Julianne and Rose; two grown grandchildren, Stephanie and John. She has written poetry since she was 13 years old. Her life was deeply influenced by her Quaker Father, Joe H. Davidson and her Uncle Frank Davidson. Her Father was a Hoosier Schoolmaster for 45 years and her Uncle Frank Davidson was the Professor of English and Literature at Indiana University for over 60 years. She attended Butler University for two years. Her daughter Julianne along with her mate Brian, moved in to help her. Besides her cats Goldie, and Tippy Toes, there’s a new addition of 3 more cats and two ferrets in the household. She feeds the squirrels peanuts at the front porch and they come up and take them from her hand. Her children and grandchildren come every Sunday for Sunday dinner and a good game of Spades or Up and Down the River.
