Val Vayro

Val Vayro has lived all her life in the Durham Dales. She spent many years teaching in Primary Schools, the last twenty as a Head Teacher. She was always an avid reader, and after taking early retirement due to health reasons, decided to take up writing.

Since retiring she has written in a number of genres and has also developed an interest in complementary medicine.

She lives with her husband, still in the Durham Dales, and spends as much time as possible with their six grandchildren.

"Forged in Fire" is the first of a trilogy following the lives of the Hutchinson family.

She has also written under the pseudonyms of Toni Graham and Toni Kay Graham (Mind Does Matter and Be Grateful)
