Shalom! I presently serve as the Director of Biblical Israel Ministries & Tours (BIMT). Our non-profit ministry offers two primary things: 1. Highly biblical and unique Israel tours, and 2. "Bringing the Bible to Life" (BBL) seminars for churches and schools. Our web site is www.biblicalisraeltours.com

About our tours I lead: We highlight off-the-beaten-track sites with an itinerary that is unique to most Israel tours. We avoid "touristy" stops, and focus on teaching the Bible on site. We offer many optional hikes too!

Personally to date, I have led 60 study-discipleship tours to Israel and 8 to Greece & Turkey. I also studied one year in Jerusalem as an archaeology and historical geography student (at JUC).

About our teaching I offer: Each BBL seminar offers 6.5-7 hours of teaching. The seminar is multi-media, with power point and aerial video. Most churches host these on Friday night - Saturday.

BIMT is all about teaching the Bible in the context of the land of Israel. We teach biblical archaeology, historical geography, Hebraic background of Jesus, and the culture & customs of the Bible. My book, Devotional Treasures from the Holy Land, aims to blend contextual information about 73 sites in Israel into a devotional thought and application.

Prior to becoming Director of BIMT, I pastored 2 evangelical churches for 26 years (9 years in MN and 17 in PA). I am married (Sue), with three children. I enjoyed trail running (ultra-marathons) and umpiring baseball.
