Rona Halsall

Rona is the best selling author of gripping and twisty psychological thrillers. She lives halfway up a mountain in Snowdonia, North Wales with her writing support team - Maid, Evie and Sandy, her rescue dogs.

Her 2023 release, THE BIGAMIST, was short-listed in the US for the International Thriller Writers Awards 2024, and the translation has also been shortlisted for an award in Holland. It has now been translated into five foreign languages.

As a curious person, social media and news stories often provide the starting point for her stories. Then she goes on long walks with her dogs to let the ideas percolate and form into devious storylines.
