Jonathan Dichter

Jonathan Dichter is an author, lawyer, actor, motivational speaker, comedian, podcaster, half-marathoner, unashamed geek and most of all, father, who currently lives in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2015, he made the decision to change his life completely through gastric sleeve surgery. Since his surgery in May of 2016, Jonathan has lost a tremendous amount of weight and chronicled his journey in #SleeveLife: Losing Half of Myself and Finding the Rest.

Jonathan enjoys speaking and storytelling. He has taught lawyers about the use of storytelling as a legal skill many times. Since writing #SleeveLife, Jonathan continues to pursue teaching and speaking opportunities, driven by a desire to help people through all sorts of life transformations.

Jonathan's other interests involve traveling the world, sharing game nights with friends, and taking his daughter to Disney Theme Parks as often as he can. Along with his daughter, the author shares his home with two black cats (Samwise and Hermione).
