Mirco Tonin

I am professor of economic policy at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, in Italy. My main research interests are in public and labor economics. I have worked extensively on charitable giving, and my recent research deals with racial discrimination in US local public services, consumers' inertia in the UK water sector, attitudes towards privacy.

I have a PhD in Economics from the Institute of International Economic Studies at Stockholm University in Sweden and I graduated in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
