Tracy O'Rourke is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, co-author of "The Problem-Solver's Toolkit"; Co-Founder of the Just-in-Time Cafe, Co-Producer and Co-Host of the Just-in-Time Cafe Podcast, a Lean Six Sigma Instructor at UC San Diego, a parody music video creator and a Lean Six Sigma zealot!

For over 25 years, Tracy has advised public, private and non-profit organizations on Lean Six Sigma to help them shape their problem-solving cultures.

Professional Summary:

Tracy got her start as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Appliances in the late 1990s with Jack Welch at the helm. After a Black Belt career at GE, she became a Lean Six Sigma Consultant in 2002 and has helped numerous organizations with all aspects of Lean Six Sigma. Tracy has trained and mentored over 5,000 people, helping problem solvers complete projects with millions of dollars in savings.

Fun Facts:

Tracy enjoys spending time with her 2 sons. She likes traveling, going to the beach, dining in new places, and visiting our country’s stunning national parks, like Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, and Yellowstone National Park.

She also likes to stay active with activities like Pickleball, hiking and snowboarding.
