I am a parent, educator and researcher who has worked with hundreds of educational programs, schools and social agencies as well as thousands of parents and counselors. I taught at the elementary, secondary and university levels. For the past 30 years, my focus has been on understanding how adults motivate children, youth and other adults, especially how they motivate them to learn.
Living Beyond The Box is a book taken from the many workshops Dr. Noggle facilitated over the years. He is writing another book which will be published very soon.
Learning is both a process and an outcome, and requires self-motivation. As a result, I founded the Centers for the Advancement of Educational Practices (CAEP), a small educational services firm dedicated to the continuous improvement of the methods that parents, educators, counselors and managers use to bring about learning.
