Levi Porter

Mr. Levi Porter is a Physician Assistant who currently is employed in the Phoenix area. Mr. Porter has practiced as a Physician Assistant for the past 20 years. His areas of expertise include internal medicine, family medicine, retail medicine, and pain management.

Mr. Porter received his bachelor's degree in Science/Physician Assisting from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 1998. After completing his baccalaureate, he worked the first 3 years of his career in his home town of, Buffalo, New York. After this time Mr. Porter pursued other employment opportunities in El Paso Texas, and finally in Phoenix Arizona in 2002. Being from the Northeast the climate here in Phoenix, Arizona, and employment opportunities convinced him to make his home here.

Mr. Porter is inspired to write because he is first and foremost a storyteller. He enjoys exploring is the juxtaposition between differing belief systems both ancient and current day. Using this paradigm as the basis of his writing, he mixes the paranormal with everyday issues dealt with in the human condition. Using this process he engages the reader to experience the characters concerns, struggles and adventures. At the conclusion, the reader is left to draw their own conclusions. Using the prism of their own life experiences to empathize and sympathize with the characters ,and ultimately with humanity in general.

On a more personal note Mr. Porter is an avid reader some of the authors that he avidly follows are L.A Bank author of the vampire Hunter a series. Thea Harrison author of the elder race series, and Nalini Singh author of the archangel series. He has always enjoyed paranormal romance, and after reading these fine authors and many other’s was inspired to try his hand at writing, however and obviously taking a different approach to illustrate his paranormal romance. He also enjoy plants. Living here in Phoenix Arizona gives him the opportunity to have various types of indoor and outdoor plants. Having abundant plant life in his home gives him a sense of serenity, and definitely helps him with centering himself while writing

His 20 years of being a medical professional has definitely influenced his writing After taking care of countless patients over the years , He is always reminded that being compassionate, sensitive , and a good listener is the cornerstone of delivering great medical care. While listening to his patient’s he has garnered from them the art of being a good storyteller.
