Arthi Gokarn

Arthi Gokarn was born in Tanzania to Indian parents. They moved back to India shortly after her birth. She grew up in India where she imbibed most of her culture and value system from.

She moved to the United States to pursue a master's degree in Computer Science and has been living there since. She is a software developer by profession.

She also loves children and art. Her own struggle with alopecia universalis made her realize how easy it is to lose hope and become bitter amid adversities. Getting through it required love, support, faith and the hope for a miracle. During this period, she also became aware of the struggles of foster children and has been inspired to help them by illustrating the true story of the life of a foster child that involves abandonment, pain, love, hope, healing and miracles. "A Loving Saint" Sai Baba, is her first attempt at creating a book, wishing that the story of Sai Baba touches the lives of children who need it the most.
