I live in Leeds, West Yorkshire and love to visit places both in the UK and abroad. My other passions are Rugby League and watercolour painting.

Since retiring, I have written my first book, a travel book outlining how to navigate the original Great North Road in Yorkshire by car, exploring the sights along the way.

There is so much to do and see in the UK, that I intend that this is the first of a series of travel books.
