Kim Wingerei

For as long I can remember I have been interested in how the world works. I grew up in Norway, a safe and peaceful country and one of the world's oldest true democracies. I have also lived for short periods in Stockholm, in Chicago and in Singapore, before moving to Melbourne in 1989. I now share my time between the serenity of Ubud, Bali, and the beauty of the Gold Coast in Australia.

I translate novels from Norwegian to English, but my passion is to share ideas about how we can make our planet a better place. My book "Why Democracy is Broken - A Blueprint for Change" is the first in The Why Series - changing our world one book at the time.
