Sah D'Simone

Sah D’Simone is a spiritual teacher, humanitarian, and bestselling author known for helping people heal through love, movement, and awareness.

As the creator of the Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method and founder of the Somatic Dance Institute, he has trained teachers and guided millions worldwide in trauma-informed, body-based healing. Rooted in years of Buddhist practice, clinical training with the sick and dying at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, and deep humanitarian service, Sah’s work bridges spirituality, embodiment, and social change.
