Gail Jackson

Gail Jackson born in Appalachia Kentucky has enjoyed poetry and short stories since youth. Her family moved to Darlington Indiana in the early 70's. Gail was introduced to poetry through the school librarian and English teacher. Gail's first book " Life " was inspired by her strong family roots to Appalachia Kentucky.

This book looks at love , loss and life in today's society. She currently resides in Crawfordsville Indiana. The mother of five children and a growing number of grandchildren.She has been married to her husband of thirty years. Gail enjoys sitting on a creek bank fishing when she is not writing. Her writing comes from the heart.
