Will Starr

Born in Missouri and raised in Iowa, I'm now considered an Arizona native after 56 years in the deserts and mountains this great state. I grew up listening to Tom Mix and Roy Rogers on the radio as a small boy and after I began to read, Riders of the Purple Sage by Zane Grey introduced me to the art of excellent western fiction. Later, I discovered the best western writer of all, Louis L'Amour, and I have a complete collection of his western works. If my own work reminds you a little of those two fabulous writers, you now know why.
