Born and bred in New York City, Steven Graff Levine is a Los Angeles based Criminal Defense Attorney who, on a boat ride home from Catalina, found himself composing his first riddle – and has not stopped writing them since. In the past five years he’s written close to 500 riddles. This book compiles his best 100 Insane Rhyming Quatrain Original Little Riddles.
An incredible wordsmith, Steve has always enjoyed a clever turn of phrase, and the knowledge that the words of every book are contained in the dictionary in an infinite order. A brilliant un-scrambler – especially of the 5-letter word – Steve is a Scrabble TV champ who counts words like sheep. To fall asleep he will think of topic, concept, word with multiple meanings and rhymes.
A Spider-Man Completist, who has every comic Spider-Man appeared in from 1962-2002, Steve worked as a Los Angeles County District Attorney and Staff Lawyer for the California Supreme Court prior to launching his Criminal Law Defense practice. The Vassar grad also has a Juris Doctor cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
The book, dedicated to his loves, his wife and daughter, is meant to be smart and challenging fun. Whether you’re competing against family and friends, or yourself, Steve hopes you’ll laugh, smile, think, groan and keep grabbing to guess the next one.
