Terrence O'Hanlon, CMRP is the Co-Author of 10 Rights of Asset Management with Ramesh Gulati.[ ISBN: 9781941872659]. He is also the CEO of Reliabilityweb.com and Publisher of Uptime Magazine. He is the Executive Director for the Association of Asset Management Professionals. Mr. O’Hanlon is also the creator of Uptime Elements Reliability Framework and Asset Management System. He is a judge for the Emerson Reality Program of the Year and a juror for Bentley Systems Year In Infrastructure “Be Inspired” awards.

Mr. O’Hanlon is valued coach and advisor for Honda, Boeing, BNSF, Medtronic, DC Water, Bristol Myers-Squibb, CBRE, JLL and other Fortune 500 organizations.

He was awarded the first Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional Veterans award by the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals. Mr. O’Hanlon is also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, The Association of Facilities Engineers, Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.

He is a voting member of TC251 for the International Organization for Standardization [ISO 55000] – and for TC56 Dependability Standards. More recently Mr. O’Hanlon has been selected as the sole US Representation to ISO Working Group 39 to create a standard for competence in assessing and certifying Asset Management programs known as ISO-17021-5.

Mr. O’Hanlon has taught Reliability Leadership to over 18,000 people in the past three years and recently developed the “Reliability Leadership Zombie Apocalypse” game – a scenario-based simulation to enable and engage cross functional reliability leaders throughout the enterprise.
