About Alastair Fraser

Alastair Fraser has spent the last 30 years as a management coach, consultant, adviser, trainer (and occasional author).

He is currently part of a team of international coaches working on world-wide staff and customer engagement initiatives for a major motor manufacturer.

He is co-author of "A Practical Guide to Teambuilding" and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

in 2018 he was a winner of the Management Consultant Award from CEO Today magazine and his company was judged "Best Exec and Team Coaching Services Provider - UK"

by A1 Global Excellence Awards.

In his spare time Alastair lives in a picturesque village in the Scottish Borders with his wife, two dogs, and a growing number of "soon to be" collectors classic cars (he hopes..).
