Rob Brooks

Born in the frozen north of England, Rob Brooks discovered a love of food, as well the warmth of the kitchen, at a young age.

Leaving home with zero cooking skills but a passion to learn, he taught himself how to cook through trial, error, and experimental successes and failures.

After discovering the delights of homemade ice cream, he established the King of Scoops website in 2014, teaching thousands of users how to quickly and easily make their own delicious ice cream at home.
