Sweet romance novels are a staple of Leanne's library. In addition to the obvious pull of a good love story, she enjoys learning about other places, personalities, and world views. If there's a faith component, all the better!

Leanne's novels reflect her belief in the fundamental goodness of people as they navigate life's challenges and burdens. Her past work as a counselor brings depth to her stories, in addition to a bit of humor as her characters face their latest conundrums. "Indiana Romance: The Complete Christian Romance Series," is a compilation of Leanne's first five novels, each set in fictional Gordon, Indiana. Her heroines are resilient, her heroes are driven, and their road to romance is rarely smooth.

Leanne and her husband split their time between Indiana and their daughter's home South Carolina. Her free time is spent thrifting for the best bargains, being with friends and family, and enjoying her husband's experiments with his new air fryer. (She really misses the counter space, but the food has been yummy.) Since spring in Indiana is focused on college basketball, Leanne's 2024 television time saw her watch her two alma maters, Purdue University and Indiana State University, reach the finals. It's time for some calmer fall 2025 viewing, though the Indianapolis Colts may continue to be frustrating!!

"Her Christmas Hope," Leanne's new romantic suspense novel, is coming soon. Anson Yeager, Dan's partner in "Racing from Danger," is now involved with Candi Linderman, a nurse and single mom. Their path to romance is rocky and laced with personal demons, the interference of a wealthy, controlling friend of her in-laws, and the struggle to find faith in a random world. Hope you enjoy the book as much as Leanne did writing it!
