Claude Phiri

Claude Phiri is a leadership researcher, author and founder of the LeadSoft Leadership Institute, where he leads research, leadership development and professional publishing dedicated to advancing human-centred leadership.

He is the creator of the Leadership Design Methodology, a research-informed organisational methodology that helps organisations intentionally design the conditions through which leadership capability emerges, develops and is sustained. His work integrates behavioural capability, organisational systems and human-centred leadership into practical frameworks that bridge academic research and professional practice.

Claude has authored numerous books on leadership, organisational development, research methodology and personal development. His research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, and his work supports executives, organisations, researchers and leadership practitioners seeking evidence-informed approaches to developing sustainable leadership capability.
