At eight years old, uncertainty struck following a devastating house fire that left Amy’s brother badly burned. In her early twenties, uncertainty struck twice after her fiancé suffered a permanent spinal cord injury. Two decades of battling stress as a full-time caregiver taught her there is a better way to persevere through major life changes.
Today, Amy is a professional speaker and Certified High Performance Coach. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and specializes in stress associated with major life transition. Amy helps others step onto a new stage of courage and confidence in the face of overwhelming uncertainty.
