Peter Regan started his hairdressing career in Central Manchester. In 1976 he joined The Vidal Sassoon Company and worked his way up to become a member of the UK Artistic Team. In 1982 he moved on from Vidal Sassoon and forged a successful career in the British Film Industry. Following a period studying prosthetics, first at Berlin University and later with Christopher Tucker (creator of the Elephant Man), he worked for a number of years as a Chief Hair and Make-up Artist in charge of the hair and make-up departments on numerous feature film and television productions. In 2000 he opened his own salon in Central Manchester, where he still sees clients on a daily basis.
