L.M. Starks

L.M. Starks is originally from Flint, Michigan. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her two children, Tony and Destiny.

L.M. Starks first began writing short stories, poetry and plays when she was a teenage girl. Her passion for writing never went as far as her family’s living room, so she put down her pen to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration. After graduating and beginning her career in management, she could no longer leave her pen laying there. L.M. Starks successfully self-published her debut novel The Murdering Equations in February 2013 which is the first book of the Harmony Starks series.

L.M Starks explains the inspiration of the Harmony Starks series as a dedication to her family and in hopes that the true mystery and fantasy readers will fall in love with the series as she has done.
