Jeff Lupinacci

Jeff Lupinacci was born in Philadelphia, PA, and has been married to Mollie, the love of his life, for over 30 years. He has two children, Jeremy and Jenny. After living in Mexico, Malaysia, Japan, Costa Rica, Russia, and the four corners of the US, he now lives in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

At the age of 15, Jeff wanted to write a book. It took him a few years, but now he has written two books and has had a successful career in Finance, IT, and Human Resources. He has over two decades of experience in talent management, organizational development, and leadership at Fortune 500 companies like Intel and Kimberly-Clark and private equity-backed firms. His specialties include talent acquisition, development, and retention. Drawing on his extensive experience, he co-founded Evolve HR Solutions, an HR consulting, executive search, and HR software company focused on helping organizations optimize their human capital strategies. In addition to running his company, Jeff is an adjunct professor for Baylor University's Executive MBA program and Undergraduate HR program. He also hosts The Leadership Puzzle podcast and author of Only Ten.
