John F. Hunter

John is a pastor, missionary, evangelist, and Bible Teacher. He and his wife

Sandra, of forty eight years, have raised four grown children: John Jeffrey,

Jennifer, Jamie, and Joy.

John and Sandra Hunter are full-time ministry volunteers, and live full time in an

RV. Sandra is a church pianist. “We have done mission work in Arizona,

Georgia, and Missouri.” John and Sandy also support missions in India and

around the world through the Hunter Field Fund.

John F. Hunter is the author of the books: Living The Christian Life, and

God Speaks Words of Life, which are available from Amazon or order at your

local bookstore.

Chaplain Hunter retired after eleven years as a Prison Chaplain for Missouri

Department of Corrections.

John has also developed Biblical studies for adults and children. Now sixty-

seven years old, John is known and respected by pastors, ministry

organizations and churches in many states, and as far as India. He studied with

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and other Christian colleges. John

also holds degrees in Business and Sociology from Columbia College in

Columbia, Mo.

Today, much of John's ministry is with children and youth, who call him “Buddy

John” and love him like a grandfather. In the past, John and Sandy taught Bible

memory and Bible Drills at Summer Bible camps. John also teaches for Youth

groups at Cowboy Churches.

Retired MSG John F Hunter was a Chaplain Assistant in Vietnam, and served in

the US Army, and the Missouri Army National Guard. He served three years on

the National Guard Bureau's Chaplain's Advisory board.

John is available for speaking engagements, book signings, seminars,

conferences, and revivals by appointment.
