Geoff Marshall

Geoff Marshall is a video producer, director and editor and now author with his forty book.

In 2004 and again in 2013 Geoff held the World Record for travelling to all London Underground stations in the fastest time possible. Producing videos for the Londonist website and his own personal Youtube channel, including the "Secrets of the Underground" series now with over 7 million views. He is also a tour guide for 'Hidden London' - taking people into disused and abandoned Underground stations in London.

In 2017 Geoff travelled to every railway station in Great Britain with his partner Vicki Pipe, filming the entire experience, and sharing vlogs on YouTube - watched by more than 5 million people - posting images on Instagram and engaging with the public on Facebook and Twitter.

His interest in railways lies not in trainspotting, but in the infrastructure, the connections, the maps - how the system operates and links together and the people that make that happen.

His first book "Underground : USA" was a self-published 2009 travel adventure visiting every state in America, his second "Tube Station Trivia" a follow up to the successful Youtube series, the third The Railway Adventures" the story of everything that happened when visiting all 2,563 railway stations in Britain, and now "50 Things to See and Do on the Underground" a fun Tube based book for the family!
