Richard Brinton

Richard Brinton is an educator, writer and author, contributing to journals on issues of holistic and creative parenting and approaches to family life. Most recently he edited the English edition of the recently published guide for parents, 'Growing up Healthy in a World of Digital Media', which uniquely addresses the needs of children at different stages of their development and how this relates to the use of digital technology. Earlier he was contributing author to 'Too Much, Too Soon', a compendium of educators and experts looking at the erosion of childhood, and the negative effects this is having on health and well-being. He is co-author of the recently published #1 best-selling Amazon book, 'My Camino Walk #2'. Currently he is working on a further book, with agents, inspired by his trek on the Camino in Spain, this time on rediscovering the magic of childhood and family, realising creativity and that magical something inside each and every one of us as an essential ingredient for re-enlivening family life as well as education. Naturally, stories from the Camino have had to be incorporated into the book! Watch this space, or contact the author for more information.
