Robin Pond is a Canadian writer based in Toronto. He started his writing career as a playwright. His plays, mainly comedies, have received hundreds of performances primarily in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. He has had plays published with Eldridge Publishing and YouthPLAYS, and in several anthologies (Meriwether Publishing, JAC Publishing, Smith and Kraus). He has also optioned one of his plays to be made into a movie and co-wrote the screenplay. Robin’s is now focusing primarily on prose fiction. His literary tastes include mystery, science fiction, magic realism, and comedy. In general, he enjoys a good story.
Robin was educated at York University (English), Cornell (Linguistics), and the University of Toronto (Finance). His subsequent career in finance and investments convinced him of the subjective nature of the universe, and the fact that almost all narrators are unreliable.
