Marlene Ringler PhD

Marlene Ringler, Ph. D. is a mother of an adult autistic son whom she chronicles in her first book: I Am Me: My Personal Journey with My Forty Plus Autistic Son. Her first book, published by Morgan James Publishers and released to the public in July, 2018, integrates current, relevant and important research with her own narrative as a mom, advocate for persons with disabilities, and consultant. The book has received outstanding endorsements from a very wide and diverse readership including medical professionals from Harvard and other leading universities, international educators in fields as special education, spiritual leaders and parents dealing with an autistic family member. She inspires hope and guides caregivers and families to advocate on behalf of their autistic child.
