Jay Perdue

Jay Perdue is or has been an inventor, song writer,

lecturer, drummer, children's church leader, song leader,

designer and builder of earth shelter structures and wind

generators, recording engineer and producer, and all-around

crazy guy who will do almost any (legal and moral) thing,

backed up by his equally talented and beautiful wife, Vicki,

of 28 years. Jay owns 6 patents, mostly in the field of

acoustics. Their corporation, Jayvic, Inc., owns Perdue

Acoustics and supplies the best and best-valued acoustical

products on the market to schools, churches and other

facilities worldwide.

The Perdues, along with their son, Joab, and new

daughter-in-law, Melissa, also own Pedal-Paddle, Inc. It all

started when Jay and his sons, Joab and Jesse, built their first

primitive amphibious bikes for themselves. Now the

company can furnish the public with 13 different models of

amphibious bikes. One of the models is just like Pedal-Paddle

Columbia! It's a rare thing to be able to buy a copy

of a machine that set so many records and for so little

money!

Jayvic, Inc., also owns Jayvic Publishers which

handles all of Jay's children's songs and books of various

topics, including a science fiction novel, The Chainge, a

must-read thriller. One belief Jay holds strongly is that God

is the giver of "inspired ideas and witty inventions," according

to the book of Proverbs, and he has written a book entitled

Proverbs 8: 12: /, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and find out

knowledge of witty inventions, a very insightful book into the how's,

where's, and when's of inventive and creative thought. Jay loves to

lecture on this subject as well.

Jay, Vicki, Joab and Melissa also own their own

Perdue Recording Studios, a facility utilized primarily for

their personal projects. "Will the GoWilla" is Jay's favorite

project soon to come out on cassette, CD and even video

with his very own programmed mechanical gorilla, so lifelike,

it will make you wonder!
