Carla Williams

Carla Williams is a longtime writer, but has only one book, Wildcat Women, Narratives of Women Breaking Ground in Alaska's Oil and Gas Industry. After forty years in Alaska, primarily working in the oil and gas industry, she decided Alaska women in this industry were not well represented in books and decided to set the record straight. Carla grew up in Minnesota and loved the outdoors, so moving to Alaska was an easy transition. She is currently semi-retired in Sedona, Arizona where she is a hiking guide.
