The figure on the scale slowly grew upwards, friends and acquaintances noticed the same thing. In a couple of years, we managed to gain 20 kg of weight. There were both ups and downs. Back injury, recovery a few months. The workers' weights fell. There was no appetite at all. After a while I recovered and continued training again. In 2014, as an experiment, the diametrically opposed task was to lose 5 kg, and I managed to do it in 1 month. By correcting the diet.
