I have 22 years of service in the US Army. I pastored for 17 years. I have been a manager for a fast food restaurant, hotel, and ran my own business for several years before going back into the military. I love to teach and motivate others.

I help practices and offices to become more Effective, Proficient, Productive and assist your office in becoming more profitable. I will start by training your Office Manager and then work my way through the remainder of the staff or deliver a training material that the office manager can utilize. I do that by working with them to ensure they have the Right People following an Efficient Process, making sure everyone works in unison as a team that loves where they work. Efficiency is a money maker - there is no question about it. As the business changes, efficiency must increase.

We also provide media advice, training, and plans to expand your sphere of influence, customers, and ways to generate more leads. We do this mostly through LinkedIn, Facebook, and email campaigns.
