Vero Vanmiddelem is a passionate Human Resources practitioner.

During more than 25 years, she learned every single aspect of Human Resources in business life.

She moved through all key positions, from recruitment officer, to HR process engineer, HR Manager, HR Organizational Development Manager, HR Project Manager, HR Lead, HR Director, HR Change Manager.

She gained her experiences in small local businesses, just as well as in big corporate global organizations.

The last couple of years, she felt the need to inspire others and start building her legacy. So she founded her own company 3E CnC, got engaged in teaching and speaking gigs and is now active as published author.

Above all, Vero is driven to pass on what has kept her going for the past decades to the new upcoming generations and to those business leaders wanting to broaden their horizon and embrace the people side of doing business.
