Christopher Hugh is a poet based in England, who first started writing at age 12 as a way to deal with his emotions and feel understood. At age 15, he published his first collection of poetry, 'for the heavily hearted' which came at a time when he was at his lowest and through writing his pain into poetry, he healed. His writing first came to light on his Instagram page @heavilyhearted, where he continues to post his trauma-powered words and feelings as a way to grow and help others.
