Dr. Nicola McFadden-Marvin is a transformation strategist, author, business coach, and Founder of Chayah Club. Through her work in faith, leadership, business transformation, and community development, she helps people and organizations move from insight and intention to meaningful, sustainable change.
She is the Founder and CEO of Nikimac Solutions Inc. and works through UpowerUp Canada Incorporated to advance leadership, entrepreneurship, personal development, and community impact. Her professional experience spans business transformation, change management, organizational improvement, executive coaching, and leadership development.
Since 2018, Dr. McFadden-Marvin has developed Scripture-based transformation journeys through teaching, writing, prayer, coaching, journaling, and community learning. Her early work included The Daniel Fast: God Is Closing the GAP and the publication of Rebound Faith: Chayah, which explored spiritual resilience, restoration, and the journey from present circumstances toward a God-inspired future.
In 2020, she published The Daniel Fast: Closing the GAP!, developing the GAP framework into a structured 21-day journey of fasting, prayer, Scripture, reflection, and application. That same year, she began 365: Live Fearlessly, a daily Scripture-led journey centered on choosing faith over fear and applying God’s Word intentionally to everyday life.
In December 2020, she established Chayah Club to give these transformational journeys an enduring community home. Since its founding, Chayah Club has connected more than 2,000 members across five continents through spiritual-growth experiences, book-based learning, prayer, personal development, leadership, and community.
Her body of work also includes Woman, U Power Up, Women of the Word, I Choose Joy, and the 5 AM Live Ministry—a daily prayer gathering she has led since 2022.
Across every expression of her work, Dr. McFadden-Marvin advances one defining conviction:
Transformation should not end with an experience. It should become a way of living—integrated into how people lead, serve, build, and create lasting impact.
