In the midst of a promising consulting career, Steve Wiley fell in love, bought a new home, and had two children. Although he checked all the boxes for what he thought would be a happy and fulfilling life, he was stressed, exhausted, and unhealthy. Eventually, he crashed. Steve needed a better way to live and work. He intentionally restored the priorities in his life and pursued healthy balance. After the most successful years of his career and life, he started CEEK LLC with the intention of ridding the world of “zombies” in the workforce. Today, Steve is a successful business owner, author, and inspirational speaker on topics related to culture, values, leadership, and life balance. More importantly, Steve is a fully engaged and loving husband, father, son, brother, friend, and colleague living a healthy, balanced life.
