Viktoria Ringhausen

Viktoria Ringhausen believes that when you have the will to win, and the desire to succeed, you are unstoppable. Born in Russia, Viktoria overcame great odds to become a successful author, speaker, coach, and real estate advisor.

With a strong will to win and an eye for opportunity, Viktoria landed a position on a cruise ship that turned into a golden ticket to the United States. She describes her job as a dishwasher on a cruise ship as a character-building experience that taught her how to always ask for more. She sees opportunities everywhere! Beyond a keen sense of command in her real estate business, Viktoria coaches others, so they too can experience success in business and more importantly, in life. She is a certified Jack Canfield trainer in Success Principles, and a certified Les Brown Maximum Achievement trainer.

Viktoria’s college degree is in mechanical engineering, and that has served her well in mastering real estate and home construction. She is a high performing, licensed RealtorŪ in the state of Maryland.

One of her life’s favorite stories, however, happened on the cruise ship, where she met her husband. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two beautiful young children.
